Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage our office. The ideal candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have proven experience in handling an active and dynamic office environment. This role requires excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth operations and a productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations in the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain a strong relationship with employees, fostering a positive work environment while making tough decisions when necessary.

• Ensure business operations align with the company’s goals and strategic direction.

• Supervise financial performance, resource management, and operational efficiency.

• Communicate effectively in English and Deutsch to coordinate with international teams and clients.

• Manage flexible working hours, including possible weekend operations when needed.

• Implement and monitor company policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Experience or knowledge in the crypto industry is a strong advantage.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven ability to manage an active office environment and make critical operational decisions.

• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Deutsch (both written and spoken).

• Leadership & Communication:

• Strong ability to build relationships with employees and create a motivating workplace.

• Ability to make hard decisions when required for the benefit of the company.

• Flexibility:

• Willingness to work outside standard hours, including weekends if needed.

• Ability to travel to the London headquarters periodically for business meetings.

• Advantageous Skills:

• Understanding of cryptocurrency systems, blockchain technology, and fintech operations.
