Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team. This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and a strong desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be based in or able to work in London and must be willing to work with flexible timings, as the job may extend during the day as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and client success.

• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Manage and maintain accounting software like Intuit, QuickBooks, or Pandle.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support senior staff as required.

Requirements:

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in any relevant field.

• Location: Must be able to work in London.

• Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Intuit, QuickBooks, or Pandle.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.

• Ability to handle stress and work efficiently under pressure in tense situations.

• Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, as the job may require extended hours during the day.
