Job Overview:

This role requires direct interaction with clients, making strong communication skills, politeness, and active listening abilities essential. Additionally, proficiency in languages other than English is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee financial transactions, including SWIFT payments, credit card processing, electronic checks, and overdrafts.

• Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment processes and resolve transaction issues.

• Provide direct support to clients, addressing their concerns and explaining financial procedures.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to transactions and financial statements.

• Stay updated on banking regulations, risk management strategies, and payment security protocols.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:

• Strong background in banking, finance, or payment processing.

• Prior experience working for a bank is a significant advantage.

• Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of SWIFT transactions, credit card charges, electronic checks, and overdraft policies.

• Familiarity with risk management and fraud prevention in financial transactions.

• Soft Skills:

• Must be polite, professional, and have excellent listening skills when dealing with clients.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive financial matters with discretion.

• Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a huge advantage for client communication.
